BEI Properties is a Finalist for Loyola University Illinois Family Business of the Year Awards

The Illinois Family Business of the Year Awards, are annually presented by the Family Business Center at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. The Quinlan School of Business and the Family Business Center is a community resource and their mission is to help as a source for mid to large family businesses to gain assistance in navigating complex generational transitions, strengthening both their family and business.

For the past 24 years the awards have recognized companies with a strong commitment to both business and family. There are six different awards given out during the award ceremony. Awards include Small, Medium and Large Business of the Year Awards, a Community Service Award, Century Award and Dean’s Award.

BEI Properties was thrilled to be nominated among several other family owned businesses for the Small Family Business of the Year Award.  This Small Family Business of the Year Award recognizes companies with less than 50 employees and judges the companies nominated based on; strong commitment to both business and family, positive family/business linkage, multi-generational family business involvement, contributions to industry and community, and innovate business practices and strategies.
